At Sydney Brewery Hunter Valley we source our beer from the filtered Hunter Valley water, giving our brewers a blank canvas to create a vast range of beers from Lagers and Pale Ales to rich Porters. Four dedicated serving vessels serve the Lovedale Brewbar directly from the brewery with rotating seasonal beers and ciders accompanying our core range.
The darling of the Lovedale Brewbar is our Lager. A traditional Munich-style lager with a Lovedale flair, it combines three types of German hops to create a smooth citrus aroma complimented by a slightly toasted malt backbone. A perfect pairing for the lighter dishes in our restaurant, Lovedale Lager evokes the verdant hills of Lovedale.
