Grown on the Roxburgh vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley, no other varietal represents a sustainable growing future like Vermentino. Naturally high acid makes a bright, textural delight, intensely aromatic with exotic notes of ginger and lemon zest. Plenty of crunch and energy, but some lovely texture and weight. An outstanding Hunter vermentino that successfully traverses the elements of texture and vibrancy. The palate is fabulously expansive, with clean citrus flavours and delicate notes of acacia. Lighter in body with excellent flavour length and charm.

A modern expression a dry rosé is lifted by aromas of pink grapefruit, orange spice and rose petals. You’ll appreciate a fine structure and bright, citrus tang all the way from cool climate NSW, this is pure Sangiovese. A candy pink hue in the glass. Made from Sangiovese, the perfect choice for a Rosato style. Mercer has nailed the style, vintage after vintage with ruby grapefruit, blush nectarines and crab apples. So, too, raspberry leaf, pickled ginger and blood orange bitters.
